Excellent Location and Honest Staff!

The location is superb. There are many restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. The staff are friendly and ready to assist, particularly regarding baggage safety. I left a gold chain in the room, contacted customer service, and Mr Anis ensured its safe return. I appreciate the hotel team's honesty and help.

The room I had initially needed some attention. I encountered some cockroaches, a little unsettling.

The room had comfortable beds and effective air conditioning, important for a good night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was also excellent. The room includes tea and coffee making facilities plus a mini-fridge.

A water dispenser is conveniently located near the lift for easy access. Parking is available in the basement. it costs RM6 per entry. The hotel provides a mini bar in each room. It is stocked with drinks and snacks.

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, especially one staff member who assisted with room arrangements. Mr Anis from customer service was especially helpful in retrieving my lost item. They were very quick in their response.
